Appraisals

Adler's offers insurance appraisals for your jewelry and silver collections. Simply call or Email us in advance at 504.523.5292 or toll free at 1.800.925.7912 and we'll arrange for one of our expert appraisers to work with you. Jewelry appraisals start at $100 minimum for up to four items and $25 for each item after that.


Jewelry & Watch Service

Should you ever require jewelry or watch service, Adler's provides exceptional repair service - often conveniently carried out while you wait.

Our certified watchmakers will gladly replace your watch battery or install a new watchband and minor jewelry and watch parts can also be repaired and replaced on premises.

  • Adler's is an authorized agent and Official Service Center for most major watch brands.
  • We have an expert watchmaker in-house for most repairs.
  • Complete mechanical watch servicing start at $100.
  • For extensive repair work, there is a $50 handling and insurance fee.
  • Adler's features in-house experts in the repair and reproduction of antique jewelry.

 


Engraving

Adler's makes it easy to personalize jewelry, watches and fine gift items because engraving adds to the thoughtfulness and meaning behind each piece. Our variety of custom engraving services allow customers to commemorate a special date, name or message.

Three styles of machine engraving can be easily selected for website purchases, or you may call our customer service department at 504.523.5292 or toll free at 1.800.925.7912 for additional engraving styles or hand engraving.

 

Hand engraving layout consultations are available for large pieces of fine silver.


Giftwrap

In addition to Adler's beautiful presentation boxes, complimentary giftwrap service is available for all purchases of Regularly Priced items. A $5 per package Gift Wrapping Charge may be applied for wrapping requested on Sale Items.

All packages are wrapped in Adler's signature silver paper and tied with silver satin ribbon. Seasonal Gift Wrap is available during special times of the year but may not be available year-round. We greatly value our customers and do our absolute best to accomodate all special gift wrap requests.


Shipping

Adler's shipping charges are calculated based on shipping size, weight and destination. Appropriate mailing charges and sales tax will be added to your purchase price based on the shipping address and method you select.

With all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing in addition to shipping time. For special orders and engraving, additional processing time will be necessary.

All items are sent Signature Required. That may be waived by the customer however Adler's Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages.


Returns & Exchanges

Adler's employees are here to serve your needs. If you wish to discuss returns or exchanges, please call us at 504.523.5292 or toll free at 1.800.925.7912 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Email us any time, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours.

Our general return policy is as follows:

  • Merchandise returned with the original receipt within 30 days will receive a full refund via original method of payment.
  • Merchandise being returned must be in original condition and packaging with all labels intact.
  • Merchandise which has been special ordered or engraved is not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Merchandise which has been purchased ON SALE is not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Merchandise which was not originally purchased at Adler's cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of whether Adler's carries the product line.
  • Seasonal merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Gifts returned within 90 days, without original receipt and which can be verified as an Adler's purchase, will receive store credit.
